Why I Started
Have you ever felt like time was slipping through your fingers, just like sand?
That's where I found myself in August 2022.
Being a mom and working full-time, I was always on the lookout for ways to add to our income, fulfill my potential, and create the life for my family that I had always dreamed of.
In my late 30s, it hit me how quickly my children were growing up and how my dreams still felt so far away.
Relying only on a paycheck felt like trying to fill a bucket with a big hole in it. That thought kept me up at night, more nights than I can count.
I was constantly worried about money, even though I had been working hard for twenty years. Work felt like a spinning hamster wheel, getting nowhere and with no fulfillment.
As a result, I experienced burnout from consistently falling short of my own high expectations and potential.
One night, as I again lay awake worrying, a thought popped into my head. We only have one shot at life, right?
I couldn't let my dreams slip away like this. I had to find ways to make them come true - and fast.
We only get seventeen summers with our children before they are out on their own. This thought kept me awake at night.
In the midst of my daily grind, a realization struck me hard; this was not even about me!
This was about breaking free from a cycle that had held generations back. It was about showing my children that settling isn't our only option.
That’s when I decided to take a risk. I saw an opportunity on the internet that promised a quick way to earn money. (Yeah, I know.)
Unfortunately, it led to a painful loss of my entire savings of $20,000. That mistake plunged me into despair.
In an attempt to recover, I dabbled in day trading—stocks, forex, crypto.
I saw some success, especially during the pandemic's peak, only to have those gains wiped out by a market downturn.
Back to square one.
But then, a glimmer of hope appeared when I stumbled upon the world of digital marketing. It offered a chance to run a home-based business without the need for substantial capital to start.
Inspired by stories of others who were thriving in this space, I decided to give it a shot.
Stepping out of my comfort zone has been daunting but incredibly rewarding. I want to prove to myself and my family that our past does not define us.
What does is the courage to pursue our dreams.
Refusing to give up not only pulled my financial situation around but has also given me resilience, a fresh work ethic, and demonstrates the sweetness and rewards of hard work to my children.
I’ve grown as a person, and for that, I’m deeply grateful. I didn’t give up when the journey got tough.
My journey hasn't only been about self-discovery; it has provided me with invaluable insights into the affiliate industry.
I am able to navigate online opportunities with discernment, no longer enticed by glamorous, distracting shortcuts.
Those paths are littered with smoke and mirrors and send you in circles.
I learned not to believe in shortcuts to success. It is hard work and patience that pays off in the long run. Financial freedom and control over my time is possible.
Failing isn’t scary if you know where you're heading because failure brings with it valuable lessons.
Today, my business stands on integrity, care, and a mission to make a difference. My dream extends beyond personal success; it's about empowering others to reach for their own stars too.
Like Martin Luther King Jr. said, "What are you doing for others?" This question guides my mission to support and empower others to chase their dreams, just as I have.
