Q1’25 Reflection
How to play the game and win every time, plus reflective gratitude on the first three months of 2025.
It’s March 31st and my heart is full 💛
This month spent two weeks travelling: From Canada to South India to the Caribbean.
And somewhere in the middle of it all, I turned 45 on a cruise…
I’ve been thinking a lot about this first quarter of 2025.
How I actually implemented my Q1 game plan.
How much I’ve learned.
How many little holes I spotted that still need to be sealed.
But mostly… how grateful I am to enjoy working on my business now.
Simply playing the game, one step at a time.
It actually is a game that gets more fun the more you understand how it works.
Every part of it has a process.
A rhythm.
The more I show up and play, the more I trust myself.
Because this is the kind of game where you don’t lose. You either win, or you learn.
You show up, make moves, make mistakes, spot the gaps, fix what needs fixing, and keep moving.
You take the emotion out of the question.
You get curious and start observing,
You start working on systems and data to guide your next move.
That’s when you begin to self-manage.
To self-regulate.
To let go of needing it to be perfect, and focus on making it work for you.
At some point it clicks...the real product is YOU! Not just the thing you’re selling, but the person you’re becoming.
Your lived experience.
Your skill set.
Your way of helping others in only the way YOU can.
Not a recycled formula.
And certainly not a copy-paste approach.
Just your quiet confidence growing, one honest step at a time.
When that sinks in, everything shifts.
You test your own transformation by walking a small group through it.
You help them get results.
You build belief.
You refine the offer based on that.
And little by little… you're building a business that feels like you.
At least that’s how I’m building this thing - with purpose, calm, and ease.
There’s a version of this that feels light, simple, and still powerful.
